Money Women Mentor was born from a simple but striking realization: women approach money and wealth-building differently.

Women are often excluded from financial discussions.
They lack access to financial education.
They feel less confident, take fewer risks, and hesitate to invest.
And like most people, they weren’t taught about money growing up.

For too long, money has been a silent and shameful topic. But when we don’t talk about money, we can’t learn how to grow it.

 

More Years, Less Money

Women are strong. Women are independent. Women live longer.
Yet, throughout life, inequalities add up and shrink our wealth:

• The gender pay gap

• Career breaks for maternity and caregiving

• Part-time work to balance family responsibilities

• The invisible labor that slows career progression

• Financial dependence in relationships

• Divorce and separation

• Barriers to investment, business funding, and property ownership
   

By the time they retire, women own 40% less wealth than men on average.

It’s time to change the equation.
